Any successful long term relationship is built upon mutual trust, respect and great communication. Throughout your relationship with RedStone we will keep you informed every step of the way. One of the most common complaints that we hear from new clients is that they did not hear from their previous advisor enough. In addition to being able to access your accounts online at any time we have listed below a few of the services we offer to keep you up- to-date and keep our relationship working well.

Financial Plan and Investment Strategy Review

You will have the opportunity to sit down face-to- face or via conference call or webinar with your advisor and or Client Service Manager frequently to review the status of your financial plan and investment strategy. During this meeting we will discuss any changes that need to be made to the strategy, review account allocation and performance, provide market insight and build on the personal relationship that both you and your advisor have established.

Market & Economic Updates

We believe that a well-informed client is the best type of client. In an effort to keep you abreast of the issues effecting the market and economy we will provide you with periodic market and economic updates.

Dedicated Client Service Associate

In addition to your financial advisor you will have a dedicate Client Service Associate (CSA) to assist you with the day-to- day operational aspects of your accounts and plan. The client service associate is responsible for ensuring that you receive the level of attention that you deserve and works to coordinate meetings, calls and other service items between you and your financial advisor.
