Participant Education Services

Perform Retirement Readiness Checkups

This service is available for participants who are nearing retirement and want to know if they have enough assets to reach their retirement goals. The meetings are conducted one-on-one and take a comprehensive view of an individual’s assets. By the end of the process, a plan participant will know the probability of successfully retiring.

Establish Education Policy Statement

It is the responsibility of an employer to ensure their employees are aware of the retirement plan and how to participate. RedStone Advisors can take many approaches to education including e-mails, group meetings, and one-on-one meetings. The education policy statement is the document that formalizes the education process for employees within the company.

Conduct Group Meetings

Group meetings are one of the easiest and quickest ways to communicate retirement plan benefits to employees. During presentations, RedStone Advisors will provide pertinent information to employees such as deferral types, investments availability, eligibility, vesting, etc.

Conduct Individual Meetings

Individual meetings prove to be one of the most effective ways to educate plan participants as they have an opportunity to sit down one-on-one with a financial advisor and discuss their specific situation.

Provide Participant Phone/E-mail Support

Often times plan participants have questions that do not coincide with the onsite employee meetings conducted by RedStone Advisors. When this is the case, plan participants are welcome to contact RedStone Advisor directly be either phone or e-mail.

Sponsor Retirement Planning Dinners for employees ages 50+

As employees get closer to retirement, it becomes even more important to ensure those individuals are on track for a successful retirement. Understanding this need, RedStone Advisors offers retirement readiness seminars in which employees are invited to bring their spouse and attend a dinner seminar that is designed to answer the questions for those who are coming up on retirement.

Review Participant Success Measures

On at least an annual basis RedStone Advisors will review plan performance numbers to include plan participation, plan cash flows, investment allocation, etc.
